Company overview

Mockchain is a platform for high-fidelity smart contract testing. At the core of our system is the Stagenet, a hyper-realistic private testnet that replays mainnet activity, enabling developers to test their smart contracts in realistic environments before deployment.

Position summary

You'll build smart contract developer tooling and infrastructure across the stack — from designing UIs with Next.js and Tailwind, to creating Node/TypeScript backends that process blockchain data, to setting up production cloud infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build frontends that display data from and interact with Ethereum and L2 blockchains.
• Build backends that process and serve data from these blockchains and Stagenets.
• Build and integrate cloud infrastructure for these systems.

Skills required

• Proficiency in Next.js and Tailwind CSS
• Strong TypeScript/Node skills
• Strong understanding of Ethereum and experience working with EVM blockchains
• Proficiency with Docker for containerization and deployment
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
• Ability to set up backend cloud infrastructure (GCP ideally)
• Ability to independently solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Previous experience building Web3 developer tools or blockchain analytics platforms.
• A strong understanding of the smart contract development lifecycle.
